Job Details:
Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Reception Night Auditor to join our team. As a Reception Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our front desk during the night shift, as well as performing night audit duties to maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
• Greet and check-in guests during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure the security and safety of the premises during the night shift
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing guest inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to work during night shifts and weekends
