Job Details:
The Operator primary role is planning and executing Project task involving assigned equipment as directed or assigned Project Coordinator or Operations Coordinator, such tasks are to be conducted in a safe manner and in accordance with Customer Requirements. The Operator works with the entire Project Team to meet the set objectives.
Responsibilities
• Maintain Safe Operations by following safety procedures and work instructions.
• Execute stop work authority when any task is deemed unsafe or unfit to execute task.
Meet Customer set objectives, Targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Propose ways to enhance Customer satisfaction and service done to customer.
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed as per procedure and work instruction.
• Complete all data entry requirements as requested by Project Coordinator i. e fueling, mileage & recording and signing of gate pass.
• Ensure continual improvement of assigned tasks based on performance review by the Coordinator.
• Effective use of assigned equipment to minimize Wear & Tear and efficient Fuel use.
Ensure that resources assigned to the Project are properly used and maintained in their best condition.

Qualifications
• Valid Driver’s licence class BCE & I
• High school Diploma, Relevant Training Certifications, Equipment Certification.
• Must pass/ possess the Relevant Industry Certification ( BS ISO 15513)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Kiswahili
• Must be a Ugandan Citizen
• Must pass the mandatory eye test and Fitness to work
Experience
• Experience in Safe Operations of Relevant equipment.
• At least 7years experience in Crane Operation of equipment.
