Location- Hoima, Project Site
Responsibilities:
• Complete the food preparation task under the leadership of the monitor.
• Reasonable ingredients to ensure food production quality and safety.
Do a good job in the maintenance of facilities and appliances to ensure normal use.
• Abide by professional ethics and do a good job of food hygiene.
• Responsible for catering services for Chinese staff and make all kinds of Chinese noodles.
• Keep one sample of each dish daily in the sample cabinet for testing and inspection when necessary.
