JOB TITLE: HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
JOB SUMMARY
Head the department by setting sales targets, developing market and sales strategies, driving team performance, creating analytics and reports, managing customer relationships and planning public engagements to grow the brand and achieve business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
An individual holding a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Brand Marketing or any other related field.
5 – 8 years’ experience in sales or marketing with a track record of meeting >90% of targets and 100% capability to turn leads into hot sales prospects.
Work experience in a reputable organization/ company dealing with high volumes of sales.
Excellent analytical skills: 100% knowledge in statistical report presentations, customer lifetime value analysis, sales analytics, market dynamics and SWOT analysis.
Innovative enough to devise strategies for market penetration and market development.
