Job Details:
Nyakayojo Sacco Ltd is a member owned, and controlled institution registered under the Co-operative laws of Uganda Reg. NO 7093. It is located at 7 miles barara-Kabale High way. The organization seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions.
Senior Internal Auditor – 1(One) position.
Reports to: General Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. CPA is an added advantage.
Age: 30-40 years
Experience: Must have a working experience of 3-5 years.
Experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOs is an added advantage.
Additional Expectations
Possession of relevant computer skills is a must.
Knowledge of industry regulations and accounting standards.
High ethical standards and independence.
Ability to use audit tools and data.
Strong industry and analytical thinking.
Operations Manager – 1(One) position.
Reports to: General Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Age: 25-35 years.
Experience: Must have a working experience of 2-3 years with microfinance institutions or SACCOs.
Additional Expectations
Possession of relevant computer skills is a must.
Leadership and team management skills.
Problem solving and analytical thinking.
Proven experience in microfinance systems.
Financial acumen and strategic planning.
IT Officer – 1(One) position.
Reports to: Head of IT.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Age: 25-35 years
Experience: Must have a working experience of 1-2 years of technical support.
Experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOS IS an added advantage.
Key Skills
Software knowledge
Proficiency in windows, software installation, hardware maintenance, and network connectivity.
Recovery Officer – 1(One) position.
Reports to: Credit Supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Age: 25-35 years.
Experience: Must have a working experience of 2-3 years in debt collections preferably with microfinance institutions or SACCOs.

High integrity to manage delinquent accounts effectively.

Credit Officers – 3(Three) positions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any in any Business related courses.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and. content management systems.
Ability to analyze market research data and campaign metrics.
