Job description
We are looking for a dedicated cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. The cook’s responsibilities include following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food for our staff.

Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
2. Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to prescribed recipes.
3. Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
4. Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
5. Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before and after meals.
6. Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
7. Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements and skills:
1. The minimum qualification should be a certificate.
2. Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
3. Proven experience working as a Cook.
4. The ability to follow recipes.
5. The ability to work in a team.
6. Effective communication skills.
