We are seeking an enthusiastic self-driven young talent to join our IT department as a Graduate Trainee. In this position, you will be given an opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a full-time position under the guidance of an experienced personnel.
• Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.
• Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Works closely with systems analysts and customers to design and implement solutions.
• Conducts tests for system related changes.
• Facilitate end-user trainings.
• Document requirements including data modelling, process flows and report layouts.
