Job Details:
The Night Duty Supervisor will be responsible for supervising nurses and hospital staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient hospital operations. The role involves handling patient-related issues, coordinating clinical activities, and reporting any incidents or concerns to hospital management promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nurses and support staff during night duty
- Manage and resolve patient care issues during night hours
- Ensure smooth running of hospital services at night
- Report incidents, emergencies, and operational issues to management
- Coordinate with medical teams for patient care decisions
- Maintain discipline, order, and professionalism during shifts
Requirements:
- Clinical or nursing background (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in emergency handling and critical situations
- Ability to manage staff effectively during night shifts
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
