DESIGNATION: Packaging Machine Operators-02
JOB IDENTIFICATION:
Department: Production
Reporting to: Team Leader-Packing.
POSITION PURPOSE:
To operate and maintain the area machinery on time and adhere to CGMP and proper ethics so as to achieve the overall company goal.
JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:
| Key Result Area | Key Roles/Duties |
| Technical Role | 1. To run all machines in the packaging area as per SOP and ensure optimal output. 2. Ensure cleanliness of the machine and proper maintenance as per SOP. 3. To participate and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance. 4. To record all unit processes related to machine run. |
| Any other duties. | 1. Ensure that any other duty assigned by the team leader is executed to management expectations. |
AUTHORITIES:
- Timely operation of all machines in the packaging area.
- Machine troubleshooting in the area.
- Recording all the unit processes.
- Minimizing machine rejects and meeting daily targets.
- Performing daily preventive maintenance and keeping the machines clean.
- Timely communication of machine breakdowns to the team leader.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience working in a related/similar company.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic safety training
- Basic GMP training
- Leadership training
- Entry & exit into production area training
- Good documentation practices training
- Hygiene trainin
