Archpark U Ltd is looking for 10 motivated graduates to join our 2026 initiatives.


We are currently running a 6-month Graduate Trainee Program (with an option to extend) for recent graduates or young professionals not exceeding two (2) years in the field after graduation.


Role 1: Administrative Assistant (1)


Purpose


Provide administrative and office support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities


Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.


Prepare, file, and organize documents and records.


Schedule meetings and manage calendars.


Support report preparation and basic data entry.


Assist with office coordination and logistics.


Qualifications


Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support organizational efficiency.


Strong skills in phone etiquette and communication to manage correspondence effectively and maintain professional interactions.


Competence in clerical skills, including organizing and maintaining records, scheduling, and handling office tasks.


Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.


Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).


Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational skills.


Prior administrative or executive assistance experience is an added advantage.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.


Role 2: Webinar / Training Coordinator (2)


Purpose


Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of webinars and training sessions to ensure professional execution and strong participant engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Schedule and organize webinars and training sessions.


Coordinate speakers, facilitators, and participants.


Manage webinar platforms, registrations, and technical setup.


Support preparation of presentations and training materials.


Share invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.


Track attendance and collect feedback.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.


Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends


Familiarity with tools like canva and meta business suite is an added advantage


Good written communication skills


Creative, organized, and eager to learn


Role: Documentation Support Officer (1)


Purpose

Provide support in architectural/technical drafting and the preparation, organization, and management of project documentation.


Key Responsibilities


Assist in preparing architectural and technical drawings


Support documentation of reports, submissions, and project records


Organize, update, and archive drawings and documents


Assist with revisions, printing, and submission of documents


Ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Design, Drafting, or a related field


Basic proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar)


Good attention to detail and organization skills


Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines


Willingness to learn and work in a team


Role: Bid & Proposal Coordinator (1)


Purpose

Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids and proposals to support business growth and successful project acquisition.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and track tender and proposal opportunities


Coordinate preparation of bids, proposals, and supporting documents


Compile technical, financial, and compliance requirements


Manage submission timelines and tender portals


Maintain a bid/proposal database and records


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field


Experience in bid or proposal preparation is an advantage


Strong document management and coordination skills


Good written communication and attention to detail


Ability to work under deadlines


Role: Research & Data Collection Support (1)


Purpose

Support the collection, organization, and analysis of data to inform projects, reports, and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


Collect field, desk, and online research data


Assist in surveys, interviews, and site data collection


Organize, clean, and document research data


Support basic data analysis and reporting


Maintain accurate records and databases


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Research, Planning, Statistics, Social Sciences, Built Environment, or a related field


Basic research and data collection skills


Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Forms, or similar


Good attention to detail and accuracy


Organized, reliable, and willing to learn


Role: Content & Communications Officer (1)


Purpose

Develop and manage clear, engaging content and communications that strengthen the organization’s brand, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Create content for social media, website, newsletters, and reports


Draft and edit internal and external communications


Support branding, campaigns, and public engagement activities


Coordinate content for events, trainings, and publications


Ensure consistency in messaging and tone


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or a related field


Strong writing and editing skills


Basic knowledge of digital and social media platforms


Ability to communicate clearly and professionally


Organized, creative, and detail-oriented


Role: Marketing & Social Media Assistant (1)

Purpose
Support the planning, creation, and management of marketing and social media content to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule social media posts across platforms

Assist with content ideas, captions, and basic graphics

Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

Track basic social media performance and report insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends

Familiarity with tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite is an advantage

Good written communication skills

Creative, organized, and eager to learn

Role: Site Support Assistant (2)

Purpose
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution, coordination, and documentation of construction or project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support site supervision and daily operations

Assist with site measurements, inspections, and records

Help coordinate materials, tools, and site logistics

Maintain basic site documentation and reports

Ensure compliance with safety and site procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s-level training in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Basic understanding of construction site operations

Willingness to work on-site and follow instructions

Good observation and reporting skills

Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
