- Project Planning and Coordination
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Customer Support and Relationship Management
- Issue Resolution and Risk Management
- Project Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting
- Customer Education and Service Improvement
- Team Collaboration and Resource Management
Requirements:
- University Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project coordination or management.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience in customer-centric or service-driven environments is an added advantage.
