Job Details:

Main Objective
To lead the company’s effort of growing the Lubricants Business by managing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Lubricants Section.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor corporate health, Safety, environment and quality Standards/requirements in all the Lubricants and Specialties activities.
• Formulate and execute the affiliate’s Lubricants business Strategy.
• Carry out Market surveys to identify and understand changes in the Lubricants Customers’ requirements and Competitor initiatives with the view of adopting the affiliate’s Route to Market in meeting these changes.
• Train, coach and mentor the Lubricants team.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the Lubricants team towards achievement of the affiliate’s strategy & objectives.
• Ensure delivery of the Affiliate’s commitment to the Lubricants clients and the clients’ commitments to the Affiliate.
• Lead the formulation and implementation the affiliate’s Lubricant Marketing, Communication, and promotions strategy.
• Responsible for monitoring, costing and pricing of the Lubricants and Specialties products and Services to ensure the Sales volume and margins generated in the different segments are aligned to the company’s Sales-Margin objective and the market.
• Liaise with the Supply and Transport teams to ensure adequate Lubricants stock with the aim of optimizing/Minimizing the working Capital Requirement for Lubricants.
• Liaise with the Operations department to ensure adequate storage and distribution of Lubricants in order to meet the client requirements while minimizing the operational cost of the Lubricants.
• Spearhead efforts in ensuring that counterfeit is minimized and stopped in all TotalEnergies Lubricants.
• Spearhead climate ambition in Business solutions and prospections


Candidate profile
• A strong and broad-based business-related experience with preferred qualifications in Engineering and an MBA
• Good conceptual, innovative, computer, business writing, numeric, analytical and decision-making skills.
• At least 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• A good understanding and experience in managing a Route to Market business Segment
• Leadership and Communication Skills are a pre-requisite.
• Valid driving license
