Job Details:
Key responsibilities
1. To execute the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments
2. Root cause analysis of failures of field instruments and control system
3. Instrumentation network analysis and rectifying the faults
4. Carrying out updates of control system software’s, updating the patches sent by the OEM
5. Configuring new instruments, tuning the loops, creating logics as and when required and approved by management
6. Organising manpower and material required to operate the shift with minimum breakdown
7. Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
8. Provide training and organising internal and external trainings to the subordinates.
9. Ensure the safety at work.
knowledge, qualifications & experience
Education:
Bachelors in engineering/physics
Experience, Skills and Competences:
1. Minimum 3 years as instrument engineer or 7 years of experience as instrument supervisor.
2. Communication skills: Should be able to communicate in English and has good knowledge in computer
3. Analytical skills: Good Communication, Data Analysis & Interpersonal skills
