Job Details:
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree or above in safety engineering preferred, or chemical process, or engineering, science/Technical field Certified national safety engineer.
2. At least 10 years EHS management experience in EHS, working experience in chemical industrial and MNCs is preferred.
3. Must have rich knowledge on China HSE regulations, US OSHA HSE standards, and recognized and generally accepted international standards.
4. Must have proven experience with applicable national and local regulatory processes, current HSES practices, appropriate internal and external resources, etc.
5. Is responsible for KF oil field safety engineering design, technical support and management
6. Should take part in all kinds of government safety meetings, implement as the meeting requirements, and carry out site self-examination
7. Must establish and continuously improve safety program, MSDS, security labels and safety system
8. Is responsible for new staff safety education and updating the recording, proposing the annual safety training plan, preparing and modifying the training materials, and carrying on all staff safety training including re-training, quarterly-training and reinforcement training.
9. Must follow the requirement of the line manager to prepare all kinds of safety project's safety assessment/material preparation/Audit/filing.
10. Is responsible for all EHS exercise fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, emergency drills, chemicals leakage exercises etc.
11. Must carry out daily safety inspection, like job hazard analysis/permission sign out/ record management on hot work/work in confined space as procedure (all hot work in confined space must have work permits of the hot work and confined space and job hazard analysis).
12. Should improve on the fire management system and be responsible for fire-fighting equipment's inspection/maintenance/and record taking correctly.
13. Must assist the line manager to make the annual work plan on EHS Help to track the safety work plan implementation progress
