Job Details:
1. A bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Purchasing
2. More than 10 years in engineering design and purchase management in petroleum industry
3. Should manage the purchase department, report the purchase progress on time, and ensure that the project materials and equipment are provided on time.
4. Must communicate with various departments to discuss and resolve issues encoun- tered in the procurement process.
5. Must regularly participate in weekly meetings, report on the progress of purchase work, and submit plans and reports for purchase weeks and months.
6. Should compile purchase strategy plans and organize for their implementation after review, and regularly check and supervise the compliance of purchase work.
7. Must formulate purchase plans and allot works.
8. Should supervise the purchase works and prevent illegal operations, establish an equal and mutually beneficial supply and demand relationship.
9. Must regularly listen to the work reports of subordinates, and give evaluation and guidance to the work.
10. Must resolve disputes arising in the work.
11. Must care for the thoughts, lives and work of subordinates and work in communication with various departments, and promote purchase progress of the project.
