Job Details:
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree or above in Measurement Control and Instrumentation.
2. At least 10 years instrument design experience in oil & gas project.
3. Must have SIL3 SIS system design experience, should be familiar with oil and gas
4. project management and instrument design, oil & gas project treatment process flow, and Hazop Analysis and SIL Analysis.
5. Must be proficient in tools software, be familiar with the calculation of CV/PSV/RO and familiar with PLC and DCS control system design and programming.
6. Is responsible for KF oil field instrument engineering design, technical support and management.
7. Must strictly implement various rules and regulations of the company
8. Should manage instrument engineering design, and should be responsible for the instrument technical proposal
9. Must be involved in HAZOP Analysis Meeting and SIL Analysis Meeting, manage instrument scope and change control, and manage instrument and control system commissioning support.
10. Is responsible for FAT & SAT of the instruments and control system
11. Must have quality and safety awareness, be responsible for the safety of instruments and control systems and have similar instrument design experience like Auto CAD, and PDS/PDMS/SP3D
