Job Title: Analyst – Regional Reporting
Reports to: Manager – Planning & Reporting
Division: Sales & Distribution
No. of Vacancies: 1
Main Job Functions:
• Act as a primary Business analyst using dynamic sales data to support go to market and channel development strategies.
• Keenly monitors and analyses Telecoms trends, opportunities for future growth and channels distribution
• Provides supports for financial analysis and modelling for all promotions and price reductions to aid decision making.
• Prepare Agent commissions reports in line with Sales & Distribution Structure using RAFM operational Framework
• Agent segmentation and behaviour analysis to help inform decisions at a strategic level.
• Implementation of Business models by ensuring; Requirements are clearly defined and agreed upon, Solution design is compliant, Testing is performed, and Implementations of the controls is achieved in terms of time and quality
• Utilization of the experience with business Intelligence tools to provide insightful analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Automation of developed models.
• Big data specification and inclusion in model development & implementation
• Design and implement scientific distribution analytics to aid footprint roll out and acquisition
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive business efficiency based on rigorous analytical examination.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, computer science, software engineering Statistics, Business computing or Commerce
• Experience:
• 2 years’ experience in Telecommunication Industry and Sales Analysis
• Exposure in a Sales Operations environment at a planning level is desirable
• Python is an added advantage.
