Job Details:
Responsibilities:
• Familiar with design documents, technical documents, construction documents, procurement documents and compile the entire project construction schedule.
• Responsible for planning the project progress, supervising the construction progress, and ensuring the operation of the construction progress is conducted as planned.
Compare the planned construction progress with the actual construction progress. When the actual construction progress lags behind, coordinate with the design, procurement, and construction departments to catch the progress.
• Making the Statistic of the labor cost, material cost, machinery cost and all the cost happen within the project conducting period, and make a systematic analysis, put forward the improvement plan.
• Responsible for the preparation of various conference documents, attend various engineering meetings, compile and provide various statistical data and reports and making sure the reports are accurate at any time.
• Preform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Project management or related major
• Be familiar with Primavera 6, Power point, Microsoft Office word and Excel and must use these softwares to finish the work.
Have a project manager certificate recognized in China or internationally.
• With 5-10 years of construction experience of oil field station and long distance pipeline.
• Familiar with technical, electrical, civil engineering design drawings
• Have strong communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with construction staff, technical staff and relevant departments in the company headquarters.
Understand the efficiency of the workers and the performance of the equipment, and be competent in compiling the construction plan.
