Responsibilities:
• Responsible for checking the material, specifications, models and quality of pipes and fittings in accordance with the current national product standards and design requirements.
• The appearance quality of the pipes and fittings shall be in accordance with the provisions of the product standards, and shall also be in accordance with the surface without cracks, shrinkage holes, slag inclusion, folding, heavy skin and no more than the negative deviation of wall thickness corrosion or sag and other defects.
String and before the String to the pipe mouth and pipe cleaning; Groove grinding, rust removal, heating and other processes of pipe mouth; The blanking work in conjunction with the head group.
• According to the actual situation of the process, put forward reasonable suggestions, and assist the crew chief to organize the implementation.
• According to the equipment (tools) condition, have the right to report the equipment maintenance and maintenance.
Requirements
• More than 5 years of long distance pipeline installation experience.
• High school education or above.
• Familiar with the company’s various pipe network layout, pipeline pressure and equipment operations.
• Proficient in using various pipe installation tools.
• Knowledge
• Familiar with process piping installation standards.
• Proficient in the professional policies and regulations of process pipe installation, and able to use the corresponding system to solve the difficulties of the professional work.
Able to read pipe construction drawings. The onsite installation data can be recorded.
