Job Details:
A Temporary employee to process, initiate service provider payments, communicate payments statements to service providers, manage underwriting and processing of medical files in line with company policies and procedures.
Provides a service as a temporary employee covering many fields.
• Preparation and dispatch of membership information
• Endorsing and invoicing client accounts
• Timely response to customer within service charter standards
• Ensure completeness of insurance documentations-KYC
• Credit Control
• Timely verification and vetting of all medical provider invoices.
• Timely communication of payments to service providers and sharing statements.
• Manage benefit utilization and report on the same
• Recommend cover design to underwriter as a result of vetting
