Job Details:
The jobholder will:
• Receive invoices from vendors and ensure they meet the requirements (FI & MM).
• Scan vendors’ invoices and then input them for processing through IMP (invoice process/approval workflow).
• Process and post invoices and expense claims in IMP / SAP.
• Clear cash in advance (409100).
• Liaise with other departments, Decentralized Buyers, Cost controllers and the Contract and Procurement department for invoice approval, purchase orders & call offs creation/release and goods/service receipts.
• Liaise and respond to vendors and internal inquiries.
• Follow up Total SA disputes. Reconcile vendor statements, identify discrepancies and make corrections where necessary.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations with TUL (monthly) and Total SA (quarterly).
• Perform the Vendor database cleaning yearly.
• Keep the Compliance file updated.
• Timely processing and posting of vendor invoices and expense claims to transfer for payment.
• Follow up of vendors’ accounts in SAP.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration – ACCA Level I
• Knowledge of IMP , SALSA and Excel
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within an Accounting Department Abilities:
• Organizational, team spirit and interpersonal skill.
