DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
ABOUT THE ROLE
- End-Customer Development: Responsible for ground promotion, market storming, and door-to-door sales in local streets and villages; conduct product demonstrations and drive sales directly to end-consumers.
- Basic Work Execution: Solidly execute daily field pitching, prospect follow-ups, and on-site account activations to efficiently achieve daily sales targets.
- Direct Cash Collection: Responsible for collecting and reconciling payments from direct sales orders, ensuring all transaction funds are secured, timely remitted, and accurately recorded.
- Professional Ethics & Discipline: Maintain a positive and pragmatic work attitude while strictly complying with company regulations; strictly prohibited from moonlighting or promoting any competitor products.

•Proper work attitude, hardworking, and willing to conduct high-intensity field sales in the front-line market
