Direct Sales Officers
Field-based role reporting to the Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Agent acquisition and onboarding.
- Lead generation and pipeline development.
- Agent activation, reactivation, and revenue growth.
- Agent retention and relationship management.
- Service quality and issue resolution.
- Market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Customer and agent feedback collection.
- Reporting compliance and operational discipline.
- Brand visibility and market presence.
Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High self-motivation.
