JOB PURPOSE
To plan, lead, and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

- Innovation in campaign development and problem-solving.
- Development and enforcement of department SOPs.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution.
- Digital marketing, social media, and content management skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and reporting
- Budget planning and cost control skills.
- Event planning and campaign coordination capability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPls)
- Operational KPIs
- Growth in brand visibility, recognition, and media presence
- Increase in social media followers, engagement rate, and website inquiries by 30% per quarter.
- Number of qualified marketing leads generated and converted to showroom visits or sales
- Timely completion of market research and competitor analysis reports.
- Submission of monthly marketing performance and ROl reports.
- Performance and Leadership KPIs

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional training in digital marketing, branding, or communications is an added advantage
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ of managerial experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and leading teams.
- Experience in digital marketing, PR, and event coordination.
- Experience working with agencies, media partners, or corporate brands is an added advantage.
