Job Details:
Agri Industrial Security Guards Ltd is a private Security Organisation licensed by Uganda Police under Category “A” with Headquarters at Kakyeka – Mbarara City with Branches Country wide.
Looking to recruit Competent persons in the following Positions
1) Operations Manager
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain field deployment & security policies and procedures.
- Control security deployment in branches, investigations and coordinate with other law enforcement and Company clients.
- Ensure deployment needs are up todate, aims returns and reports and staff deployment.
- Regular briefing of staffs and monitor deployment activities.
- Any other assigned work from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- At least 3 year’s experience and training with police, army or prisons a MUST
- Any other additional qualifications is an added advantage.
2) Assistant Operations Manager
Duties And Responsibilities
- Control security deployment in branches, investigations and coordinate with other law enforcement and Company clients.
- Ensure deployment needs are up to-date, aims at returns and reports and staff deployment
- Regular briefing of staffs and monitor deployment activities.
- Any other assigned work from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Should have minimum Diploma in relevant
- At least 3 years working in similar position
- Must have attained initial training with Police, Army or Prisons
- Any other additional certification will be an added advantage.
3) Assistant Training Officer
Duties And Responsibilities
- Able to develop, implement and evaluate company training programs to ensure staff acquire necessary skills.
- Identify training needs and materials to fill skilling gaps
- Designing, creating and updating training programs
Ensure ail training adhere to the Company and Sector standards safety and regulations
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in related field with not less than 3 years in similar positions / field
- Strong presentations and communications skills
- Security drills or parade and PCA Interpretations.
- Previous training under T.O.T with Police / Army / Prisons a MUST
4) Assistant Accountant
Duties And Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting
- Tax Preparations and conversant with statutory obligations returns.
- Internal Controls for accuracy of Financial records
- Clients ledger management and sales collections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is typically required,
- Strong understanding principles of accounts and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software eg Quick Books’
- Must have strong analytical skills
