Partnership / Sponsorship Manager at Hr Beyond Limts
Our client in the dynamic digital platform that connects women entrepreneurs in Uganda and provides a unique online space where women entrepreneurs can access valuable resources to grow and succeed is looking for a Partnership / Sponsorship Manager who play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and cultivating strategic partnerships and sponsorships that drive platform growth, enhance user experience, and generate revenue. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, research, and pursue potential partnerships with corporations, foundations, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring successful execution of partnership deliverables.
- Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities with companies interested in supporting women entrepreneurship.
- Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorship agreements that meet platform needs and sponsor objectives.
- Manage sponsorship fulfillment and ensure sponsor satisfaction.
- Platform Growth:
- Identify and implement strategies to leverage partnerships and sponsorships to drive platform growth and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to integrate partnerships and sponsorships effectively.
- Track and analyze the impact of partnerships and sponsorships on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business Development:
- Explore new partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand the platform’s reach and revenue streams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in the women entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with experience in sales, strategic planning, and relationship management, while advanced degrees or certifications can be a
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship management.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships and sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of the women entrepreneurship ecosystem in Uganda.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
