Job Details:
Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing or related Fields from a recognized institution.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales (B2B, B2C).
• Proven track record of managing a territory or region as a sales head.
Key Attributes:
• Strong team player.
• Demonstrated ability to meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High achiever and a proven highflyer.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and foster client relationships.
• Take ownership of a designated territory or region.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs.
• Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills.
