Job Details:
The warehouse manager will be responsible for the replenishment of the regional distribution warehouses and improve on the already established robust processes and relationships with key suppliers.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Take complete responsibility for the management for the company inventory and warehousing operations, in line with company policies and procedures; including the receipts, storage, accounting, dispatching and reporting of all commodities received and stored in the warehouse
2. Ensures that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning even cold chain requirements, and that all relevant records are properly Produce regular stock reports, daily stock position, monthly commodity and logistic movement reports through the usage of company platform and technology
3. Ensures prompt dispatch of products to the clients, production of delivery notes prior to client delivery and filling of all related documentation
4. Manages day – to -day warehouse operations ensuring adherence to protocol
5. Contributes to monthly stock forecasts to ensure product availability
6. Manages warehouse support staff ensuring operational standards are maintained at all
7. Responsible for overall safety and security at the
8. Ensures inventory accuracy
9. Any other duty assigned by immediate supervisor

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/ Procurement/Business Management or related field
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience
