WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law or related field
6-8 years’ experience in employee relations with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Ugandan labour laws and dispute resolution
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Professional HR certification is an advantage
