Avanti Energy Services Limited is hiring a Site & Trading Manager to oversee field operations and commercial activities at our client’s mine site in Kikagati, Uganda. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced mining environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, achieving trading targets, overseeing budgets and security controls, and leading field teams while maintaining strong relationships with traders and stakeholders.
