Job Summary
Health Access Connect (HAC) is seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) Consultant to provide short-term, hands-on HR support to the organization. The Consultant will work closely with the Operations Director and existing staff to strengthen HAC HR systems, policies, and day-to-day people-management processes, while building the capacity of existing staff to sustain these improvements after the assignment ends. The consultancy is based in Kampala, with the possibility of occasional travel to field locations where HAC operates
