You’ll go through a work readiness workshop, get matched to a real team, and spend 4 months contributing to actual projects, with mentorship from the people you work alongside every day. Our goal is simple: give you the experience and skills to be productive from day one, in exchange for a real, structured chance to prove what you can do
Fresh graduates, or anyone up to 2 years out of university, interested in Project Management, Social Media Marketing (content creation), or Financial Services/Accounting. We are looking for individuals who are curious, coachable, and ready to do real work, not just observe.
No specific degree is required for Projects, M&E, or social media, we’re looking at competencies over credentials. Financial Services is the exception: a general accounting degree is required, though no specialized SME or investment readiness experience is needed; willingness to learn matters most
