DESIGNATION: Stores Clerk -04
JOB IDENTIFICATION:
Department: Supply chain
Reporting to: Stores Executive
POSITION PURPOSE:
To organize the movement of goods and materials from suppliers and manufacturers to customers.
JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:
| Key Result Area | Key Roles / Duties |
| Quality | · Receive all raw and packaging materials as per SOP and confirm receipts to stores In-charge /Chemist · Carry out physical stock counts of all materials on monthly basis · Verify physical stock figures and reconcile accordingly. · Ensure that all materials are kept in order and in clean environment. · Ensure that stores are cleaned and kept under key and lock at all times. · 6. Issue required materials to production and reconciliations done. |
| Records & Reporting | · Ensure that all Raw and Packaging material Issue log books are documented and signed by persons concerned |
| Any other Duties | · Do any other assignment given by HOD. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in business studies or a related field.
- 2 years of progressive experience preferably in a busy industry.
