LOCATION: Kampala
JOB DUTIES:
- Assess loan applications and conduct credit analysis to determine customer repayment capacity and credit worthiness.
- Prepare credit appraisal reports with recommendations, risk assessments and proposed loan structures.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify emerging risks, arrears and early warning signals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit underwriting, microfinance, portfolio management or credit risk management.
- Good understanding of Ugandan lending or microfinance market.
