Trade Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of POSM deployment, dealership & wall branding, swap station branding, outdoor visibility, and in store communication.
- Supervise regional trade activities through frequent field visits, audits, and project follow ups.
- Manage and guide Trade Marketing Executives to ensure high-quality execution and reporting.
- Support on-ground activations including route campaigns, dealer events, and Boda Boda Fest.
- Coordinate vendors, installers, and fabricators to ensure timely, cost efficient, and quality delivery.
Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Field Execution.
- Proven experience managing regional visibility projects and field teams.
- Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to travel frequently.
