1. Client Service Officer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Receiving and responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Handling client complaints and ensuring quick resolution of issues professionally.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Scheduling cleaning appointments and coordinating service requests with operations teams.
- Following up with clients after service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and service agreements for clients.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Assisting in client onboarding and explaining company services and packages.
- Supporting sales and marketing teams in lead generation and customer retention activities.
- Monitoring customer feedback and suggesting service improvement strategies.
- Coordinating with supervisors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Managing customer databases and updating CRM records.
- Promoting company services and upselling additional cleaning solutions to clients.
- Preparing periodic customer service and client engagement reports.
- Ensuring professionalism and excellent customer experience at all times.
2. Store Keeper – Roles & Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and supplies.
- Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issuing materials, equipment, and supplies to staff as required.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damaged items.
- Organizing and arranging items properly within the store for easy access.
- Conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Preparing stock reports and updating inventory management systems.
- Ensuring proper storage conditions for tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Coordinating with procurement officers for restocking and supply planning.
- Tracking movement of inventory and maintaining accountability records.
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area.
- Labeling and coding stock items for easy identification.
- Monitoring expiry dates of consumable products and chemicals.
- Handling delivery notes, invoices, and stock documentation.
- Supporting operational teams by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
