We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead portfolio strategy, drive superior risk-adjusted returns, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation | Portfolio Construction & Performance | Risk Management | Client Relationship
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment Management, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or a related field – a Master’s degree is preferred
- At least 5 years in a senior investment or portfolio management role, with proven responsibility for large, diversitied portfollos
- A demonstrated track record of generating superior risk-adjusted returns across equities, fixed income, alternative assets, and multi-asset class strategies
- Deep familiarity with the Ugandan and East African capital markets and their regulatory frameworks
- CFA, CISI, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage
