Job Details:
Stock Controller/Inventory Controller:* Focuses on the physical movement, reordering, and day-to-day management of inventory levels.
*Qualifications:*
Certificate in business administration or any related field.
*Key competencies:*
1. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
2. Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and cost accounting.
3. Attention to detail for accuracy in stock records.
Understanding of inventory control procedures.
Store Keeper:* Responsible for the custody of stock, receiving, and storage.
*Key skills:*
1. Organizational Skills: Exceptional skills in inventory organization and record-keeping.
2. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, pack, and move, as the job often requires physical stamina.
3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory software, databases, or warehouse management systems.
4. Communication: Ability to coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and management.
