Peak Hotel, an emerging hospitality establishment in Western Uganda, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional to enhance customer experience, increase visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve overall customer experience and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel visibility and occupancy
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
  • At least a Diploma in a relevant field (Hospitality
  • Management, Tourism, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Must be willing to work late hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to be based upcountry (Bushenyi
    District)
