Peak Hotel, an emerging hospitality establishment in Western Uganda, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional to enhance customer experience, increase visibility, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve overall customer experience and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel visibility and occupancy
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- At least a Diploma in a relevant field (Hospitality
- Management, Tourism, Business Administration, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results
- Must be willing to work late hours, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to be based upcountry (Bushenyi
District)
