4–5 years of progressive experience in communications, preferably in media, NGOs, development organizations, or creative industries
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences
Strong command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional Ugandan languages is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, basic design tools (Canva or similar), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
