BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Kampala, Uganda
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course.
- 4-5 years of experience in FMCG / OTC / OTX sales and distribution.
- Strong expertise in RTM strategy, distributor management, and channel development.
- Experience in handling sales teams and multi-region operations.
- Strong execution and leadership skills.
- Experience in African or International markets will be an added advantage.
