Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Reports To: Department Manager / HR
Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Program provides recent graduates with practical exposure
to business operations while developing professional and technical skills. The
trainee will work across different departments, supporting projects and gaining
hands-on experience to prepare for long-term career growth within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist departments with administrative and operational tasks.
● Participate in internal training and mentorship programs.
● Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations.
● Support project coordination and implementation.
● Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
● Learn company processes and recommend improvements where
necessary.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Finance, Law,
or related field.
● Must have graduated within the last two years.
● Strong communication and analytical skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in teams.
Preferred Skills
● Internship or volunteer experience.
● Problem-solving mindset.
● Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
