Announcing a new career opportunity – Retail Shopping Centre Manager.
Knight Frank Uganda is seeking a highly capable Retail Shopping Centre Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of a busy Shopping centre.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing large-format Retail operations – such as a chain supermarket or high-volume independent supermarket – with proven expertise in financial control, operations management, tenant coordination and administrative leadership.
Key Requirements
Proven experience managing high-volume Retail operations.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
Demonstrated leadership of large teams and complex environments.
Commercially driven with strong organisational discipline.
Ability to oversee full centre performance and reporting.
