YSAT Uganda is a refugee led organization implementing the #URRI project in consortium with Save the Children, World Vision, AVSI foundation, KRC, UGANET, URIL in Adjumani, Palabek and Kyaka I|
We are looking for passionate, competent, and results-driven professionals to join our team in Adjumani District and contribute to enhancing climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, environmental management, and women’s empowerment among refugee and host communities.
* Open Positions
1. Project Officers – Graduation Approach (2 Positions)
Lead and coordinate the implementation of the Graduation Approach component to sustainably lift vulnerable households out of poverty.
2. Community-Based Facilitators (9 Positions)
Support direct engagement with communities, mobilisation, household coaching, and field-level implementation.
3. Coach (1 Position)
Provide structured mentoring and coaching support to program participants under the Graduation Approach.
4. Community-Based Trainer (1 Position)
Deliver capacity-building sessions on livelihoods, financial literacy, and resilience strengthening.
5. Environment & Natural Resource Officer (1 Position)
Lead environmental sustainability and natural resource management interventions.
6. Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment Officer (1 Position)
Drive climate-smart agriculture and economic empowerment initiatives for women and youth.
