- General Manager (GM)
- Director of Operations
- Director of Marketing & Sales
- Food & Beverage Manager
- Front Office Manager
- Human Resources Director
- Financial Controller (FC)
- IT Director
- Spa Manager
- Events & Public Relations Manager
- Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chairman
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in a 4 or 5-star international hotel
- Proven leadership and operational excellence
- Strong guest service culture
- Experience in Africa or emerging markets is an advantage
