Loans Officers
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process loan applications in accordance with company policies and lending guidelines.
- Conduct client assessments, including creditworthiness analysis and business/appraisal visits.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Provide financial advice and support to clients to promote proper loan utilization.
- Identify and mitigate risks by maintaining a low portfolio-at-risk (PAR).
- Prepare and submit accurate credit reports and portfolio updates to management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure.
- Should not exceed 28 years of age.

Cashiers
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including receipts, payments, and deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of all cash and banking transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Assist in daily reconciliation of cash and prepare cash reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls regarding cash handling.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activities promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure.
- Should not exceed 28 years of age.
