Job Details:
Buyanja SACCO Ltd invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the
following position.
Loans officers: 4 positions
REQUIRED COMPETENCES:
– A Degree /Diploma in Business Administration, Microfinance, and Accounting &
Finance is preferred and any other related field.
– Must have had a credit in mathematics and English at O level.
– Must have good marketing and negotiation skills
– Must be a good team player and a person of high integrity.
– Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
– Riding skills is a MUST with a valid riding permit.
– One year working with a Microfinance Institutions or SACCOs is an added
advantage.
