Field Banking Officer
Job Purpose:
The Field Banking Officer is responsible for building relationships with local communities, promoting financial products, and driving financial inclusion. Their role involves, disbursing loans, and educating customers on financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Savings & Deposits Mobilization
- Loan Processing & Disbursement
- Financial Education & Community Engagement
- Monitoring and Reporting
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field
- Experience in community banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build trust within communities.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for loan assessments.
