RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Job Purpose:
A Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their financial needs are met. The Credit Officer is responsible for identifying potential clients assessing creditworthiness, disbursing loans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships.
This role is key to achieving branch portfolio growth and portfolio quality targets.
Reports to: Branch Manager

- Product Marketing and Client Recruitment
- Loan application and appraisal
- Disbursement and Documentation
- Product Monitoring and Recovery
- Portfolio Management
