• Head of Finance & Administration

• Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs

• Sales Engineer – Radios

• Graduate Engineer-Telecommunications – 4 positions

• Graduate Engineer-Electrical

1. Head of Finance & Administration

Job Summary:

The Head of Finance & Administration provides strategic financial, administrative, and HR leadership to support the organsiation’s rapid regional expansion.

The role involves establishing and managing financial systems, operational processes, internal controls, and administrative structures within a lean, fast-moving

Startup environment.

Key Result Areas:

• Budgets, forecasts, and financial plans are effectively developed and monitored.

• Cashflow, taxation, compliance, and internal controls are well-managed.

• Financial and administrative systems are established and optimized.

• Procurement, logistics, office administration, and assets are effectively managed.

• HR functions, including recruitment and periormance management, are well-executed.

• Investor-ready financial reports and models are professionally prepared.

• Financial and administrative regulatory compliance is consistently achieved.

• Undertake any other duties as may be required.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA preferred. They should have at least five years of experience in the telecom sector with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, cost management, and operational finance. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, experience in HR and administration, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment are essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities are required.

2. Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs

Job Summary:

The Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs oversees all legal, regulatory, licensing, and compliance operations


and provides expert guidance for cross-border digital infrastructure projects. The role supports high-level regulatory engagement and ensures the organization meets all legal obligations across various countries.

Key Result Areas:

Telecom licenses and permits are timely acquired, renewed, and compliant.

• Regulatory requirements across national and regional bodies (UCC, TCRA, ARPTC, NCA, NITA-U, etc.) are fully adhered to.

• Key legal documents (IRUs, capacity leases, ROW agreements, MoUs, interconnection contracts) are drafted, reviewed, and negotiated.

• Cross-border fiber deployment activities receive strong legal support.

• Legal risks, disputes, and corporate governance matters are effective managed.

• Engagements with regulators, ministries, and regional bodies are well-coordinated.

• High-level negotiations are professionally. supported.

• Undertake any other duties as may be required.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess an LLB with a diploma in legal practice and be an Advocate of the High Court with a valid practicing certificate. Post-graduate qualifications such as LPC, LLM, or equivalent shall be an added advantage. They should have at least ten years of experience in telecom, ICT regulation, or infrastructure law and have strong expertise in telecom licensing, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border operations Excellent negotiation, drafting, advisory, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with adaptability and the ability to work in a lean operational environment.

3. Sales Engineer – Radios

Job Summary

The Sales Engineer (Radios) is responsible for generating quality sales leads and converting them into successful deals by selling radio communication solutions to institutional, industrial, and enterprise customers. The role includes pre-sales engineering, opportunity development, customer engagement, and solution presentations.

Sales targets for radio and wireless communication solutions are consistently met.

Strategic account plans are developed, executed, and exceeded

New relationships are established to grow solution adoption and market share.

Customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty targets are achieved.

• Compliance with internal sales, finance, and administrative policies is ensured.

• Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Radio Communications, or a related field, with at least three years of experience selling radio communication systems or similar ICT/telecom solutions. They must possess strong technical sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools. Familiarity with RF concepts, link budgets, and radio planning tools will be an added advantage.

4. Graduate Engineers

Positions: Telecommunications (4), Electrical (1)

Job Summary:

Graduate Engineer-Telecom will provide real-time monitoring and operational support for the organisation’s backbone network, PoPs, cross-border links, and regional fiber infrastructure by manning the Network Operation Centre (NOC).

Graduate Engineer-Electrical will support the design, installation, deployment and maintenance of power and energy solutions including solar energy solutions.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a first class or second-class upper bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a related field

No experience is required but exposure to telecom or

ISP operations and basic understanding of networking technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) will be added advantage for Graduate Engineer-Telecommunications.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills, the ability to work in rotating shifts, excellent communication abilities, and high reliability in high-pressure environments are essential for both positions.
